How requests actually move
You send them as they come up. What's covered in the monthly plan is agreed at the start, so you always know which requests are included and which get quoted separately — no surprise line items at the end of the month. And you're talking directly to the person making the change, not to someone relaying your message onward.
How access works
We work through a Shopify collaborator account — the mechanism Shopify built specifically so a partner can work on a store without ever touching the owner's login. You decide which parts of your admin we can see, and you can pull that access at any point. The store, the data and the theme stay yours throughout, full stop.
What this doesn't cover
Big projects.
