01How does pricing work?
Every service has a starting price. Send us a short brief and we will reply with a written scope, a fixed price, and a delivery date, usually within one business day. Nothing starts until you approve it.
02What if the scope changes during the project?
Any change is quoted separately and approved by you first. It is never added to your bill without your OK.
03How long does a project take?
It depends on the service. An SEO setup takes 2 to 3 business days, and a complete new store takes 21 to 30 business days. Your quote includes the exact date.
04Can you guarantee a #1 ranking on Google?
No one honestly can. What we do is fix the technical and content issues that hold your store back, so search engines understand exactly what you sell.
05Who will I be working with?
You work directly with the person doing the work, and every deliverable is reviewed by a real person before it reaches you.
06Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Projects are scoped one at a time, and monthly support is completely optional.
