Why Zohanify exists

Most agencies sell hours. You get an estimate, a moving target, and an invoice that grows with the project.

We do the opposite. Every engagement starts with a written scope and a fixed price — you approve both before a single line of code is written. If the scope changes, we quote the change; we never quietly bill for it.

The work itself is Shopify engineering done properly: theme architecture, performance, structured data, and the search and content work that decides whether a store gets found at all. AI is part of how we work — for research, drafting and QA — but every deliverable is reviewed by a person before it reaches you.

How we work

Scope before code Every project starts as a written scope and a fixed price, not an hourly guess. If something changes mid-project, it gets quoted as a change — never added to the bill quietly.
You talk to the builder No account manager relaying your message to someone else. The person replying to your brief is the person who writes the SEO fixes, builds the theme, or configures the agent.
AI where it earns its place AI drafts research, first-pass copy and QA checks because it's genuinely faster at that. It doesn't get the final call — a person reviews and approves every deliverable before it reaches you.
You own everything Your theme code, your store data, your third-party accounts. If you ever want to leave, there's nothing proprietary to unwind and nothing you have to keep paying us to keep using.
