These Terms of Service govern any engagement between you ("Client") and Zohanify ("we", "us") for Shopify-related services purchased through this store or agreed via a written quote.

Scope & Pricing

Every engagement is defined by a written scope and a fixed price, which you approve before work or payment begins. We do not bill by the hour. Work outside the approved scope is quoted and agreed separately before we proceed.

Payment

Payment terms (e.g. deposit, milestone, or full payment) are stated in your accepted quote. Recurring services (such as monthly management) are billed on the agreed cycle and can be cancelled for future periods at any time.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely access, content, and feedback needed to complete the work, and for reviewing deliverables promptly. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.

Ownership

You retain full ownership of your store, its code, data, and accounts. We do not use proprietary lock-in — any custom code or configuration we build for you is yours.

Use of AI in Our Work

We may use AI tools to assist with research and drafting, but every deliverable is reviewed by a human before it is sent or published to your store.

Confidentiality

Information you share with us about your business is kept confidential and used only to deliver the agreed services.

Limitation of Liability

We aim for high-quality work but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits) arising from use of the delivered services, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

Communication

You work directly with the person building your project rather than through an account manager, via the channels agreed at project start (e.g. email or WhatsApp).
