How it works

Send the problem with the page address and, if you can, a screenshot or screen recording. We reproduce it, find the cause, fix it on a safe copy where possible, and then apply it. You'll know what was wrong and what changed.

What counts as one issue

Each package covers a defined number of issues listed in your scope. Starter suits a single clear problem; larger packages cover several related ones.

What this doesn't promise

That every problem can be solved from the theme. If the cause sits in a third-party app or a Shopify platform limit, we'll tell you plainly and suggest the next best option.
